excellent location short walk contactless check-in single towel set warm room loud street
The location was excellent. i was only a short walk from the train station. the room had all the necessary items for my stay. the contactless check-in was smooth. i received the access code promptly on my arrival day. No keys were necessary.
I only had one set of towels upon arrival. i had to request a second set, and i received it the next day. the room was quite warm. it only had a ventilation system. It was not powerful enough, and the street noise was loud when i opened the windows.

The contactless check-in was very efficient. I quickly accessed my room using the provided code. The room had all essential amenities. I particularly appreciated the convenient kitchen facilities and the provided BaselCard allowed free city transport and access to various attractions.
The communication was only via email and a delayed response impacted some requests.

Excellent compact space with great design
essential kitchenette new fitting unbeatable price
the room was well appointed, clean and decorated. bathroom fittings were clearly new, i noticed the kitchenette had the essentials. my expectations were exceeded, especially considering the unbeatable price (it really was a bargain!).
i noticed that the services are available only through email. even with prompt responses, anticipating needs and relying on remote assistance felt a little slow.

balanced stay experience
convenient location equipped kitchenette soundproof room missing coffee thin pillows insufficient towels
The location was convenient, close to transport stations. the room had a well-equipped kitchenette, great for longer stays. the room was also soundproof. I barely heard any street noise.
There was no coffee provided even though there was a coffee machine. I had to buy my own. the pillows were very thin. I had to fold mine in half to sleep well. towels were only provided for one person even though the room was booked for two. I needed to ask for more.

The studio had place for everything. It was a compact layout. wifi worked excellent throughout my visit. the proximity to the train station made my arrival easy.

The apartment had a comfortable bed I slept well each night. The walk-in shower had good water pressure. I appreciated the basic kitchenette facilities. It included a fridge.
The room pictures were misleading the actual room missed decorations. The walls had not been cleaned i saw marks on them. The balcony area contained many spiderwebs
